Your responsibilities

  • Project planning in accordance with HOAI service phases 1 to 5:
    You will be responsible for the complete planning of construction projects – starting with the basic evaluation, through preliminary, draft, and approval planning, to detailed implementation planning. You will contribute your creative ideas and ensure functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
  • Perspective development toward project management:
    As you gain experience, we offer you the opportunity to grow into the role of project manager. This includes the internal coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as external communication with clients, authorities, and other project participants.
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs:
    You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard of quality, on time, and within budget. To do this, you will use effective control mechanisms and take proactive action in the event of deviations.
  • Point of contact for clients:
    As the central point of contact, you will advise and inform our clients throughout the entire project to ensure their satisfaction and promote a trusting working relationship.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed degree in architecture or comparable training:
    Your in-depth specialist knowledge forms the basis for your work with us.
  • Professional experience and building submission authorization:
    You have many years of practical experience in property planning for industrial buildings and are authorized to submit building documents.
  • Knowledge of specialist software:
    Confident use of standard MS Office applications is essential for your daily work. You have a basic knowledge of CAD programs such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany:
    As our projects are carried out nationwide, we require a certain degree of flexibility and willingness to travel on business.
