Your responsibilities

  • Independent development of concepts and planning of civil engineering projects:
    You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of complex construction tasks in the areas of civil engineering, road construction, traffic facilities, and outdoor facilities. This includes all service phases from concept development and planning to tendering and specialist construction management.
  • Project management and coordination:
    You will manage and coordinate internal and external project participants to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
  • Quality, schedule, and cost control:
    You will monitor compliance with quality standards, schedules, and budgets and act as the central point of contact for our clients.
  • Technical support for construction management:
    You will advise the construction management team with your technical expertise and support the implementation of projects on site.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed degree in civil engineering:
    With a focus on road construction and civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the planning of traffic and/or outdoor facilities:
    You have practical experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas mentioned. Career starters are also welcome.
  • Confident use of specialist software:
    Knowledge of AutoCAD and common MS Office applications is required.
  • Strong communication skills and creativity:
    You bring strong communication skills and creative approaches to your work.
  • Team spirit and customer focus:
    You enjoy working in a team and value a strong customer focus.
  • Initiative and organizational skills:
    You are characterized by commitment, dedication, and a structured approach to your work.
