Your responsibilities

  • Planning and designing buildings:
    You will be responsible for property planning in service phases 1 to 5 in accordance with HOAI and will develop economical and functional building concepts.
  • Preparation of approval and implementation documents:
    You prepare building applications and detailed planning documents for the implementation of construction projects.
  • Coordination with specialist planners and authorities:
    You coordinate with all parties involved to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
  • Quality, schedule, and cost control:
    You monitor compliance with standards and specifications during project implementation.

What you bring to the table

  • Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification:
    Your knowledge enables you to plan and implement complex construction projects.
  • Professional experience in building design:
    Ideally, you have already gained experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects.
  • Knowledge of specialist software:
    You are proficient in the use of design software and common MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills:
    You enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively with various project participants.
