In addition to its headquarters in Chemnitz, the company has branches in Dresden, Erfurt and Munich. We are looking for a permanent position to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Your responsibilities

Monitoring and management of building construction projects:
You are responsible for monitoring the construction work in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs. In doing so, you ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contractual agreements and technical regulations.
Coordination of the trades involved in construction:
You act as the central interface between builders, planners, contractors, and authorities to ensure that construction runs smoothly.
Documentation of construction progress:
You keep construction diaries, prepare reports, and document progress and any deviations from the construction plan.
Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site:
You monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement accident prevention measures.
Organization of the construction process: Supporting structural inspections, checking invoices and measurements, updating schedules and ensuring they are adhered to.

What you bring to the table

Several years of professional experience in construction supervision:
You have practical experience in supervising building construction projects and are familiar with the relevant requirements.
Technical qualification in construction:
A degree in civil engineering is desirable but not essential—if you have a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience, you are also the right fit for us.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards:
You are well versed in building regulations, DIN standards, and other technical regulations.
Strong communication and assertiveness skills:
You can communicate effectively with various project participants and consistently enforce project goals.
Willingness to travel and flexibility:
You are willing to supervise construction sites at various locations and have the necessary flexibility to do so.
