Your responsibilities

  • Creation of construction drawings:
    You will independently create CAD-supported plans for building construction projects in accordance with service phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
  • Support for project management:
    You will support architects and engineers in the planning and implementation of construction projects and contribute to their successful realization.
  • Preparation of documents:
    You will prepare project and revision documents for archiving.
  • Compliance with regulations:
    You will work in compliance with regulations, taking into account all relevant guidelines and standards, thereby contributing to the high-quality implementation of projects.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed training as a draughtsman:
    You have completed training as a technical draughtsman, draughtsman, construction technician, or comparable training.
  • Knowledge of specialist software:
    You are proficient in the use of CAD programs, especially AutoCAD.
  • Experience with REVIT:
    Knowledge of REVIT is desirable and an advantage.
