Planning engineer (m/f/d) in the field of heating/cooling/ventilation/sanitary engineering

Planning engineer (m/f/d) in the field of heating/cooling/ventilation/sanitary engineering

Your responsibilities

  • Independent planning and project management of HVAC systems: heating, cooling, ventilation (including indoor air and clean room technology) and sanitary systems

     

  • Installation and piping planning as well as design and dimensioning of media (water, air, cooling, heating): planning of technical systems taking into account energy efficiency, use of materials, and optimal pipe routing.

     

  • Preparation of technical specifications, service descriptions, and requirements: Detailed elaboration of the technical basis for tenders and contracts, including calculations and technical documentation.

     

  • Review of planning documents for correctness, quality, and cost-effectiveness: Checking internal and external plans, identifying potential for optimization, and ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements.
  • Coordination with other trades:
    You will work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other specialist planners to ensure integrated planning.

     

  • Analysis and optimization of existing facilities: Condition assessment, renovation concepts, and technical modernization.

     

  • Support for construction management and supervision of construction work: Technical clarifications on site, quality controls, defect recording.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed degree in supply engineering, building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification: Your sound education enables you to plan and implement complex projects.

     

  • Professional experience in the planning of technical building equipment: Ideally in projects with complex building services requirements

     

  • Knowledge of specialist software:
    You are proficient in the use of planning software such as StriePlan, SIMARIS, or comparable programs, as well as common MS Office applications, and are experienced in creating service specifications with iTwo.

     

  • Team spirit and strong communication skills:
    You enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively with various project participants.

     

  • Initiative and sense of responsibility:
    You are characterized by an independent way of working and a high degree of responsibility.
